Honestly no reason to complain. Trendy boutique hotel with informative and good staff and good views of the sea. The location awesome and stunning close to cafes and restaurants. And really close to seaside as well as the pier and the White Rock theatre. Tasteful twin room, lovely beds.

This was my great stay during Easter holidays. The double room I got was complete with fresh towels, a fridge, for instance. Loved the comfortable interior. The hotel's position was marvellous and incredible, right by all the Town centre, the Astral being the last, and restaurants and bars.

The deluxe queen room is nicely furnished and top quality. I have not had such a comfortable bed at any other accommodation. The location is excellent as it's near the town centre and Carlisle car park and the iconic pier.

Appreciated how nicely decorated and reasonably priced the property was. Had good sleep at the single room with an excellent shower, big balcony, a comfy bed. It was pet-friendly and had things I needed.

We had a real good stay in this beautifully decorated and perfect hotel. The entire staff were very friendly. The location was comfortable and prime, with restaurants and bars metres from the property. It took only 5 minutes to walk to Havelock Road bus stop.
